What we will provide you as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver:
- $17-$19 per hour depending on experience, care requirements, and longevity training
- Weekend add-on rate (applies to certain shifts and conditions)
- No mandatory overtime! Voluntary is overtime available!

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver you will:
- Provide direct care to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Help with daily activities including personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Work closely with a team of people including your co-workers, client’s family members, and medical professionals to help your consumers to live as independent as possible
- Transport clients as needed to appointments and other activities
- Accompany clients to medical and other appointments to ensure their needs are met by the physician or provider
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written
- A personal vehicle that is well maintained
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check
- Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver / Home Health Aide / Home Health Care / Personal Care experience is a plus
Licenses/Certifications:
- CPR/First Aid – Provided if you are not currently certified
- Medication Administration – Provided if you are not currently certified
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 5 points on our driving record
- DODD Provider Training
- Proof of personal auto insurance
